The crowd rose to their feet as Bajens Lirare BK's Richard Ahlkvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fodor Daniel. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. A collision led to Bajens Lirare BK getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Nils-Emil Pedersson hit a great ball. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Bakos Endre with Takacs Tibor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 14 minutes into the match, Major Barna notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Bajens Lirare BK's Henning Åström. Henning Åström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henning Åström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Major Barna went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 23rd minute of play forced Bajens Lirare BK's goalkeeper Henning Åström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Bajens Lirare BK's Henning Åström. Henning Åström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 28 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Bajens Lirare BK's Henning Åström managed to reach the ball for a save. Bakos Endre made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Antal Valentin however managed to control. In the 42nd minute of the game Bakos Endre made a throw-in which Major Barna played forward. In the 43rd minute Richard Ahlkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute Bajens Lirare BK were awarded a corner. Augusto Loureiro went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Bajens Lirare BK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Casper Grönberg hit a great ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Hungary were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. Henning Åström made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Antal Valentin made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 70thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Henning Åström would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henning Åström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Bajens Lirare BK's goalkeeper Henning Åström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. After 89 played minutes Bajens Lirare BK got a freekick which was hit by Adam Valler. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Ahlkvist in the 93rd minute of play.
