Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Håkan Molin sent off a good shot on target. Ali Jegham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Renato Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Sachs, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 16 minutes into the game, A.S.Saint Ethiene's Utoh Bachdim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Cleto Florian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Utoh Bachdim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. In the 39th match minute, A.S.Saint Ethiene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiori Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Jegham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Utoh Bachdim, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ali Jegham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Utoh Bachdim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, A.S.Saint Ethiene's Håkan Molin made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Fiori Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Fiori Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cleto Florian during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, A.S.Saint Ethiene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Florian to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Jegham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute, Utoh Bachdim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to A.S.Saint Ethiene getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Håkan Molin hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Ali Jegham in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Cleto Florian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fiori Cerezo during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, A.S.Saint Ethiene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiori Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. Ali Jegham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 81st minute of the match. With 87 minutes on the clock, Chris Mergenthaler commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mariano Millrick hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. A.S.Saint Ethiene had won after a very even match.
