After having played for 9 minutes, Dorival Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dorival Alvarenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dorival Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival Alvarenga in the 12th minute of play forced Ferrocarrilera AFC's goalkeeper Rogelio Dei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ferrocarrilera AFC booed when Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorival Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led to Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Tião Tasso getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.
