Gláuber Brodel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandinho Rodrigues in the 27th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Morro Grande E.C getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Habib Ali Picavea hit a great ball. Gláuber Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Céleste in the 30th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Fernandinho Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gláuber Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Fernandinho Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Brodel having to interfere. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gláuber Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandinho Rodrigues in the 54th minute of play. Gláuber Brodel came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by BlacK & BlueS's Gabriel Severo. But to his dismay, Gabriel Severo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 61st minute, Fernandinho Rodrigues left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BlacK & BlueS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 65th minute, Fernandinho Rodrigues made a precise shot to the right of Gláuber Brodel. Morro Grande E.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. 75 minutes into the game, Fernandinho Rodrigues recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gláuber Brodel. Fernandinho Rodrigues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. After having played for 82 minutes, Fernandinho Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BlacK & BlueS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernandinho Rodrigues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tostão Céleste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Morro Grande E.C from getting a goal against them.
