Washington Sarmento really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Juninho de Azevedo's late challenge caught a F.Salgado F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juninho de Azevedo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Brasiliense FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Juninho de Azevedo hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the game, F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gianluigi Joinvilense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Brasiliense FC's Gianluigi Joinvilense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Moreno in the 20th minute of play. After some careless play in the Brasiliense FC defense, Teodoro Moreno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gianluigi Joinvilense. The Brasiliense FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gianluigi Joinvilense should have stopped the shot. Gianluigi Joinvilense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Moreno's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Teodoro Moreno made a precise shot to the right of Gianluigi Joinvilense. Brasiliense FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Teodoro Moreno sped through Brasiliense FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gianluigi Joinvilense. Gianluigi Joinvilense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodoro Moreno went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Teodoro Moreno scored 1-7 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluigi Joinvilense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Teodoro Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gianluigi Joinvilense. Brasiliense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Teodoro Moreno scored 1-9 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gianluigi Joinvilense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodoro Moreno to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Silvério Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute Teodoro Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Joinvilense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute of the match F.Salgado F.C. got a corner. Brasiliense FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Macaneață ran over to the corner to take the kick. Brasiliense FC's Gianluigi Joinvilense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Dziewulski in the 56th minute of play. If Teodoro Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gianluigi Joinvilense was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teodoro Moreno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-10 in the 62 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gianluigi Joinvilense. That made the score 1-11 after 67 minutes of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Brasiliense FC's goalkeeper Gianluigi Joinvilense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute of the match F.Salgado F.C. got a corner. Brasiliense FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Macaneață ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 84thth minute of the game Teodoro Moreno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brasiliense FC's Gianluigi Joinvilense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teodoro Moreno might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gianluigi Joinvilense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodoro Moreno ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Teodoro Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.Salgado F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Moreno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gianluigi Joinvilense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Sarmento in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute Breno Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.Salgado F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
