In the 7th minute of the match Internazionale-RS got a corner. F.Salgado F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dany-Adams De Scheper ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Dany-Adams De Scheper almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan did a great save. Matt Ryan made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Alan Tavares sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute Caco Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Lynch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matt Ryan was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. 26 minutes into the game, Teodoro Moreno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Stefan Neubrandt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stefan Neubrandt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Internazionale-RS's goalkeeper Stefan Neubrandt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dawid Dziewulski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Internazionale-RS's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Moreno came free, but Stefan Neubrandt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Alberto Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.

The wind increased when Teodoro Moreno made the kick off in the second half. Juarês Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Teodoro Moreno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Neubrandt having to interfere. The supporters of F.Salgado F.C. booed when Internazionale-RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Trigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Internazionale-RS's zone, Robert Macaneață stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Neubrandt came out of the goal and Robert Macaneață tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pitin Sánchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Neubrandt having to interfere. Robert Macaneață could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Stefan Neubrandt made a huge save. F.Salgado F.C.'s attentive Pitin Sánchez managed to snatch the ball when Moisés Cordeiro made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. F.Salgado F.C.'s Matt Ryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Galvan in the 70th minute of play. In the 75th minute Oliver Galvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.Salgado F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Robert Macaneață in the 77th minute. The corner ended in Robert Macaneață almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Internazionale-RS's Stefan Neubrandt did a great save. Rogelio Lynch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matt Ryan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Robert Macaneață got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stefan Neubrandt made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Teodoro Moreno sent off a good shot on target. After 91 minutes F.Salgado F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dany-Adams De Scheper who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of F.Salgado F.C.'s goalie and right to Oliver Galvan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. F.Salgado F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Matt Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Galvan in the 92nd minute of the match. Matt Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogelio Lynch, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. F.Salgado F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
