Herbert Valler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo de Sena in the 7th minute of the match. Herbert Valler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo de Sena in the 8th minute of play. If Nestor Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind CENZI's goalkeeper Wilson Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Dário Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Donato Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marzagão were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after CENZI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Umberto Antunes took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Mathias Zonta heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Mathias Zonta charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Zonta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. CENZI's Caetano Alcântara took a good shot, in the 32nd minute, which hit the crossbar above Herbert Valler's head, and flew over the goal. Marzagão's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by CENZI. In the 39th minute, Marquinhos Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in CENZI's zone, Neil Mar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Freire came out of the goal and Neil Mar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Evandro Fantini made the kick off in the second half. CENZI's Wilson Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Branco in the 51st minute of play. In the 51st minute, Donato Branco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 54 minutes into the game, Diogo de Sena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CENZI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marzagão the free kick. After a rather tough play, CENZI's Diogo de Sena got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute of the match, Evandro Fantini tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Herbert Valler saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Donato Branco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Freire having to make a save. If Nestor Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herbert Valler made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Diogo de Sena sent off a good shot on target. When Marzagão's Nestor Galvão in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CENZI's goalie prevented a goal. In the 67th match minute, CENZI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Reis to maneuver through the defense. Herbert Valler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 73 minutes of play CENZI's Diogo de Sena was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 74th minute, Diogo de Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathias Zonta hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the game, Marzagão's Nestor Galvão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Freire made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 89 minutes into the game, Dino Reis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CENZI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marzagão the free kick. A collision led to CENZI getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Dino Reis hit a great ball. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by CENZI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Umberto Antunes was slow to take the kick. During this time Marzagão's players had a chance to rest. Marzagão's Neil Mar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilson Freire in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wilson Freire came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Marzagão's Nestor Galvão. But to his dismay, Nestor Galvão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Marzagão were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CENZI for a fine match.
