Egun Pais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Sustrai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Andy Cole recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Loyola. Andy Cole showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Andy Cole left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Floresta Negra FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Jorge Loyola made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Andy Cole sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andy Cole in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Loyola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Egun Pais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Sustrai, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Hulk Zaracho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Sustrai came free, but Egun Pais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Sustrai was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Cipriano Sustrai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egun Pais was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 56th minute of the match, Hulk Zaracho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Egun Pais saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jardel Lewandowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Loyola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Floresta Negra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vivaldo Amorim to maneuver through the defense. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ! The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Floresta Negra FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ for much of the match.
