Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Samuele Kunz got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Aníbal Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Caneleiros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo von Känel came free, but Marcus Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Maurer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Marcus Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Carioca. In the 10th minute Jacinto Maurer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aníbal Marquez in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. If Samuele Kunz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Caneleiros FC's Teodoro Carioca got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Rodrigo von Känel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcus Dias showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Maurer in the 20th minute of play forced Caneleiros FC's goalkeeper Marcus Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Edmílson Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Rodrigo von Känel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcus Dias skillfully saved the ball. In the 23rd minute Aníbal Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caneleiros FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ronaldão de Barros in the 25th minute. In the 34th minute Samuele Kunz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuele Kunz scored 0-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcus Dias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Switzerland were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the game, Caneleiros FC's Aníbal Marquez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Caneleiros FC's Teodoro Carioca got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Caneleiros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmílson Maciel to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 60 minutes, Rodrigo von Känel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Switzerland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo von Känel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Fridolin Neumeister hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Switzerland's Samuele Kunz in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caneleiros FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 75 minutes, Jacinto Maurer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Switzerland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Maurer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Caneleiros FC's Sérgio Dias got a free kick in the 77th minute. Aníbal Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. When Jacinto Maurer came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Switzerland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Maurer couldn't finish the play. Edmílson Maciel got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Marcus Dias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuele Kunz in the 87th minute. Marcus Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuele Kunz in the 89th minute of play. Clóvis Oliveira lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, Switzerland's Samuele Kunz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Marcus Dias. The Caneleiros FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Switzerland were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
