Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Connor Gebert having to interfere. Connor Gebert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Takacs Tibor in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Connor Gebert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Takacs Tibor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Connor Gebert was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Adrian Tărău received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fodor Daniel came out and tried to block the shot, but Adrian Tărău slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. After having played for 21 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute, FC 08 Brühl's Adrian Tărău dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After taking down the ball on FC 08 Brühl's corner Adrian Tărău fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fodor Daniel quite easily take care of the ball. In the 46th minute Eduard Ganz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Eduard Ganz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Tărău was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 51st minute. Takacs Tibor was extremely unlucky when he, in the 59th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Connor Gebert successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Connor Gebert quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Tărău in the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, FC 08 Brühl was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilkay Gündoğan to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC 08 Brühl could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
