Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Falkenhide F.C's Laurențiu Burghelea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Lars Steen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th match minute, Falkenhide F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aimo Illing to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Aimo Illing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13thth minute of the game Bertram Svenningsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falkenhide F.C's Mattia Perin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Laurențiu Burghelea put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Keld Paulsen. When Falkenhide F.C's Karl Dreyer in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mattia Perin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 35th minute of play. Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. When Yusuf Şimşek fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falkenhide F.C's protests and gave Yusuf Şimşek a yellow card for diving instead. Yusuf Şimşek hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. Falkenhide F.C were furious when Sascha Knop was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 54th minute, one of Falkenhide F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Falkenhide F.C. Mattia Perin had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Chris Nygaard's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Karl Dreyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Olav Graversen made in the 62nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Chris Nygaard however managed to control. A hard shot 63 in the game by Chris Nygaard from a close distance when the talented Mattia Perin managed to make a qualified save. Falkenhide F.C's players were relieved. Falkenhide F.C's Lenny Manske was substituted for Marcel Bodden. Karl Dreyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Karl Dreyer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Falkenhide F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. After 69 played minutes Falkenhide F.C got a freekick which was hit by Karl Dreyer. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Mattia Perin made a huge save. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Mattia Perin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Yusuf Şimşek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Falkenhide F.C made a substitution. Torge Sporer replaced Olívio de Moraes. Yusuf Şimşek hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Falkenhide F.C's Aimo Illing got a free kick in the 81st minute. Stefan Ström came free in the 87th minute and tried to tip the ball over Keld Paulsen, but to the joy of Denmark's supporters the ball went over. Mattia Perin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Denmark's Lars Steen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stefan Ström, made in the 96th minute of the game. Denmark's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Falkenhide F.C had won, even though Denmark had held more of the ball.
