Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Käka Puck BK's Teodor Jokiranta in the 8th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Erik Grøneng was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Kjønstad BF through an amazing save. In the 9th minute of the match Käka Puck BK got a corner. Kjønstad BF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erkin Ergüven ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Erkin Ergüven almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kjønstad BF's Erik Grøneng did a great save. Erik Grøneng made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Teodor Jokiranta sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wang Fei Xing in the 19th minute of play forced Käka Puck BK's goalkeeper Linus Sjödin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Erik Grøneng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bilge Kağan Samih. After taking down the ball on Käka Puck BK's corner Erkin Ergüven fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erik Grøneng quite easily take care of the ball. Linus Sjödin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond Engevik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Käka Puck BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tolga Şakib was slow to take the kick. During this time Kjønstad BF's players had a chance to rest. Kjønstad BF's Tolga Şakib was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Linus Sjödin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alisson Aleman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erik Grøneng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes Kjønstad BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erkin Ergüven who took care of the corner kick. Linus Sjödin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wang Fei Xing in the 29th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Erik Grøneng successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 35 minutes into the match, Kjønstad BF's goal looked a bit too open when Bilge Kağan Samih came free, but Erik Grøneng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kasper Larsfelt did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Erik Grøneng 37 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the game, Käka Puck BK's Teodor Jokiranta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erik Grøneng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bilge Kağan Samih made the kick off in the second half. Käka Puck BK were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Kjønstad BF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erkin Ergüven took the corner. After taking down the ball on Käka Puck BK's corner Alisson Aleman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erik Grøneng quite easily take care of the ball. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kjønstad BF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kjønstad BF's Erik Grøneng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodor Jokiranta in the 58th minute of play. Wang Fei Xing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Linus Sjödin made a huge save. Käka Puck BK's Bobby Bobadilla was substituted for Kasper Larsfelt. Kjønstad BF's Edmílson Prata was substituted for Rene Egoitz. Käka Puck BK made a substitution. Evan Bugelli replaced Bilge Kağan Samih. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paris Amsterdam in the 92nd minute of play forced Kjønstad BF's goalkeeper Erik Grøneng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Käka Puck BK had won after a very even match.
