An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Martínez Gullotta in the 3rd minute of play forced Bennis's goalkeeper Leonardo Jara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3 minutes into the match, Bennis's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Martínez Gullotta came free, but Leonardo Jara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bennis's Leonardo Jara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abubakar Al Abdullah in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Åke Granberg in the 5th minute of play forced Circus BAF's goalkeeper Amador Paublo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Circus BAF's Wu Sang Yi, in the 6th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Circus BAF. Liu Hao Zheng kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Circus BAF's zone, Cai Cheng Sang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Paublo came out of the goal and Cai Cheng Sang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cai Cheng Sang got free with Amador Paublo in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute Bennis were awarded a corner. Lin Xuan Hai went to the cornerflag to take it. Lin Xuan Hai made a great header on Bennis's corner, it was just that Circus BAF's Amador Paublo managed to reach the ball for a save. 20 minutes into the match, Lautaro Martínez Gullotta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Jara. Bennis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Martínez Gullotta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 23 played minutes Circus BAF got a freekick which was hit by Flavinho Velloso. After 24 played minutes Circus BAF got a freekick which was hit by Grégoire Haynes. 25 minutes into the match, Bennis's Lin Xuan Hai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amador Paublo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Martínez Gullotta in the 27th minute of play forced Bennis's goalkeeper Leonardo Jara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Cheng Sang in the 28th minute of play forced Circus BAF's goalkeeper Amador Paublo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes of play, Bennis's Cai Cheng Sang made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Paublo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Circus BAF booed when Bennis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aloísio Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goalkeeper Amador Paublo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrik Svartengren. In the 46th minute Wu Sang Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Jara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sven-Åke Granberg to make the kick off. Bennis's Thodoris Katsiaros quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Flavinho Velloso, made in the 52nd minute of the game. A collision led to Bennis getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Thodoris Katsiaros hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goal looked a bit too open when Cai Cheng Sang came free, but Amador Paublo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Circus BAF's Liu Hao Zheng got a free kick in the 61st minute. Circus BAF's Kobe Mesmaeckers was substituted for Wu Sang Yi. A collision led to Circus BAF getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Liu Hao Zheng hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thodoris Katsiaros in the 64th minute of play forced Circus BAF's goalkeeper Amador Paublo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 played minutes Bennis got a freekick which was hit by Lin Xuan Hai. Bennis made a substitution. Pål Uggstedt replaced Cai Cheng Sang. In the 66th minute, Lin Xuan Hai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amador Paublo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Uggstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bennis made a substitution. Roy Vesterberg replaced Aloísio Senna. In the 76th minute Pål Uggstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Paublo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amador Paublo came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Bennis's Pål Uggstedt. But to his dismay, Pål Uggstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Uggstedt in the 85th minute of play forced Circus BAF's goalkeeper Amador Paublo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was beautiful to see Bennis's Lin Xuan Hai in action when he in the 89th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! A collision led to Circus BAF getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Guo Yuan Feng hit a great ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
