Sune Heidal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Adamski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. If Sune Heidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bøje Dyssen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Carulla in the 12th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, Monks in Robes's Sune Heidal made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Adamski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bøje Dyssen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Carulla in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sune Heidal in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Adamski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute of the match Monks in Robes got a corner. Sociedad Anónima's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yao Chao Feng ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sociedad Anónima! Sociedad Anónima:s Adam Adamski showed great skill when he stopped Sune Heidal:s penalty. In the 31st minute, Edelmiro Carulla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bøje Dyssen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 36thth minute of the game Sune Heidal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sociedad Anónima's Adam Adamski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Monks in Robes fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Monks in Robes's Sune Heidal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The throw-in from Yao Chao Feng in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sociedad Anónima's Natanael Fonelleda. After 46 played minutes Sociedad Anónima got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Carulla. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sune Heidal in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adam Adamski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's Edelmiro Carulla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bøje Dyssen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Monks in Robes's Sune Heidal in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sociedad Anónima's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Sociedad Anónima's Edelmiro Carulla got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 63rd play minutes Edelmiro Carulla shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Bøje Dyssen and just under the crossbar into goal. Sune Heidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sociedad Anónima's Fernandez Montoto was substituted for Edelmiro Carulla. After 76 minutes, Sune Heidal made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Sociedad Anónima's Adam Adamski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's goal looked a bit too open when Reinar Lennild came free, but Adam Adamski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Monks in Robes's Sune Heidal in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Monks in Robes's Bøje Dyssen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Monks in Robes from getting a goal against them. There was no doubt that Monks in Robes were the better team. Monks in Robes's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
