But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicklas Lindqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute, Birger Wiberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Östen Björk, passed just outside the right post. Östen Björk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Glanselius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Birger Wiberg put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Östen Björk. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicklas Lindqvist got free with Östen Björk in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stig Pettersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deep mines of Moria's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
