Stig Pettersson took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvano Natal. Silvano Natal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Idrottsklubben -03's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Gorri came free, but Östen Björk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Godofredo Iago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Johannes Stabbe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvano Natal. Scarface's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johannes Stabbe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Dante Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the game, Scarface's Inocencio Gorri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Östen Björk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl Vikström during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Idrottsklubben -03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl Vikström to maneuver through the defense. Scarface's Silvano Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Pettersson in the 42nd minute of play. When Godofredo Iago came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Scarface fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Iago couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Godofredo Iago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scarface's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Iago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Östen Björk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godofredo Iago was the one to do the kick off. When Dante Botello came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Scarface fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Botello couldn't finish the play. Scarface's Silvano Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Pettersson in the 55th minute of play. Silvano Natal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Hedkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 64th minute, Scarface's Inocencio Gorri ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Östen Björk. Östen Björk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Godofredo Iago's late challenge caught a Idrottsklubben -03's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Iago helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Scarface got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Iago. When Bengt Hedkvist came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Idrottsklubben -03 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bengt Hedkvist couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Månsson in the 81st minute of play forced Scarface's goalkeeper Silvano Natal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Idrottsklubben -03 booed when Scarface was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Montay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Scarface's Danilo Montay got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th match minute, Scarface was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Orzaize to maneuver through the defense. Silvano Natal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Stabbe in the 89th minute of the match. Idrottsklubben -03's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Godofredo Iago scored to the left of an out of position Östen Björk, making the score, 2-3. In the 97th minute, Johannes Stabbe made a precise shot to the right of Silvano Natal. Scarface's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Idrottsklubben -03 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
