Tahsin Orguntay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Santana in the 2nd minute of play. After 3 played minutes Under 18 Universe got a freekick which was hit by Hulusi Berkman. After 11 minutes of play, Under 18 Universe's Kadri Coşan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artemio Edwardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th minute, Ümit Akersoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Coupon Busters II AR's goal looked a bit too open when Kadri Coşan came free, but Artemio Edwardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coupon Busters II AR's Artemio Edwardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulusi Berkman in the 21st minute of play. After 22 minutes, Fernando Quexal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coupon Busters II AR and the Under 18 Universe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Coupon Busters II AR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Quexal to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the game, Kadri Coşan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Artemio Edwardo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artemio Edwardo came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Under 18 Universe's Hulusi Berkman. But to his dismay, Hulusi Berkman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Coupon Busters II AR's Artemio Edwardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulusi Berkman in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Under 18 Universe booed when Coupon Busters II AR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Quexal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Atalan Maruf came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Under 18 Universe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atalan Maruf couldn't finish the play. Tahsin Orguntay was a little too slow when Adolfo Etxepare got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 1-3. After the first half Under 18 Universe were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Duardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Under 18 Universe's Kadri Coşan in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coupon Busters II AR's goalie prevented a goal. When Jeremias Milian fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coupon Busters II AR's protests and gave Jeremias Milian a yellow card for diving instead. Atalan Maruf held his arms out in dispair when he, after a nice solo performance in the 57th minute, finished the attack by shooting the ball on the wrong side of the right post. Tahsin Orguntay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Duardo in the 59th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Under 18 Universe's Atalan Maruf seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Atalan Maruf the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Under 18 Universe protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Atalan Maruf had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 64th match minute, Under 18 Universe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atalan Maruf to maneuver through the defense. Anier Lucero struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Tahsin Orguntay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coupon Busters II AR. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Etxepare in the 70th minute of play forced Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper Tahsin Orguntay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Under 18 Universe's Göktuğ Boysel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Tahsin Orguntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Lucero, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Osman Ali Seyyid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Under 18 Universe's supporters rose to their feet, but Osman Ali Seyyid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Edwardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the match, Hulusi Berkman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Artemio Edwardo, 2-4. Osman Ali Seyyid was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out.
