After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Narciso Tano managed to get in a good position for a shot. ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Tano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Afonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narciso Tano got free with Jaime Afonso in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28thth minute of the game Clemente Martino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Gavino Orlan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute Bruno Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Edgardo Txilar hit a great ball. Lino Perrando hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Ciriaco Oinaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gavino Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Oinaz in the 43rd minute of play. Gavino Orlan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Clemente Martino went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Dante Chico's late challenge caught a ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dante Chico helped the player get up and apologised. Fernando Elodio hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Saverio Ladio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jaime Afonso. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Gavino Orlan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 86 minutes, Lino Perrando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★ and the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ★ᴇꜱᴛᴜᴅɪᴀɴᴛᴇꜱ ᴅᴇ ʟᴀ ᴘʟᴀᴛᴀ★'s Lino Perrando got a free kick in the 86th minute. Ciriaco Oinaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Gavino Orlan made a huge save. Jaime Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Vistruario in the 92nd minute of the match.
