Ramiro Lore started the match with the kick off. Ubaldo Ishmael struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Ovidio Oto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ⲨⲀⲚⲀ. In the 10th minute Ramiro Lore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Azubeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. OLYMPIACOS FC's Everardo Bermudez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ovidio Oto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Ishmael in the 17th minute of play. Iker Azubeli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramiro Lore in the 19th minute. Iker Azubeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Guilabertus in the 20th minute of play. Iker Azubeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Lore in the 22nd minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Godfredo Firman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Oto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a rather tough play, OLYMPIACOS FC's Everardo Bermudez got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Eliseo Eduino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Iker Azubeli made a huge save. A collision led to ⲨⲀⲚⲀ getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Roberto Walme hit a great ball. Iker Azubeli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramiro Lore went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 43 minutes into the match, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goalkeeper Iker Azubeli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseo Eduino. The supporters of ⲨⲀⲚⲀ booed when OLYMPIACOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Eduino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ovidio Oto came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Godfredo Firman. But to his dismay, Godfredo Firman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godfredo Firman to strike the kick off in the second half. Iker Azubeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Lore in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Modesto Ugaitz got a free kick in the 61st minute. Iker Azubeli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Eduino's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Ubaldo Ishmael kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Eliseo Eduino took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Azubeli. Iker Azubeli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 69th minute, Eliseo Eduino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, OLYMPIACOS FC's Ramiro Lore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Azubeli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. With a little luck, OLYMPIACOS FC's Ovidio Oto got control of the ball when Abel Maldonado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iker Azubeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everardo Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's zone, Evaristo Guilabertus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Azubeli came out of the goal and Evaristo Guilabertus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. OLYMPIACOS FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
