The crowd rose to their feet as Zenon Jandryca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Radoslaw Bielecki. That made the score 1-0 in the 2 minute of play. David Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Mnich in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute Wellington Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslaw Bielecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. STAL ST WOLA's Radoslaw Bielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Recife in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Slawomir Sniegowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Slawomir Sniegowski scored 1-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Ferran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Sniegowski in the 17th minute of play forced FC WAWER's goalkeeper David Ferran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, FC WAWER's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Sniegowski came free, but David Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, STAL ST WOLA's Radoslaw Bielecki got control of the ball when Adam Zakrzewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Radoslaw Bielecki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. David Ferran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lionel Messias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Lionel Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ferran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match, Wellington Recife tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Radoslaw Bielecki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Zakrzewski in the 44th minute of play forced STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Radoslaw Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zenon Jandryca got free with Radoslaw Bielecki in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Slawomir Sniegowski to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, FC WAWER's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Sniegowski came free, but David Ferran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had been going on for 69 minutes, STAL ST WOLA's Artaç Hendekli got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of David Ferran. After a defensive mix-up in FC WAWER's zone, Gustaw Bendyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Ferran came out of the goal and Gustaw Bendyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to STAL ST WOLA getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Roque Pirro hit a great ball. After 76 played minutes STAL ST WOLA got a freekick which was hit by Lionel Messias. Olgierd Mnich hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Mnich in the 81st minute of play forced FC WAWER's goalkeeper David Ferran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. STAL ST WOLA's Radoslaw Bielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Zakrzewski in the 83rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Slawomir Sniegowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for David Ferran to make any attempt to save it. After 94 played minutes FC WAWER got a freekick which was hit by Wellington Recife. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. STAL ST WOLA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
