After a defensive mix-up in Endorfina Dukla's zone, Emanuel Mouricio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Piotr Ikalewicz came out of the goal and Emanuel Mouricio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, Endorfina Dukla's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Feliu came free, but Piotr Ikalewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vedran Ćorluka's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Piotr Ikalewicz firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 16 minutes Endorfina Dukla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dado Pršo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Dado Pršo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Endorfina Dukla's Piotr Ikalewicz did a great save. Spams's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
