The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Albino Maiorga made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Adam Zakrzewski sent off a good shot on target. Albino Maiorga was a little too slow when Giannis Antetokounmpo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Danial Boon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters rose to their feet, but Danial Boon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Ferran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Zakrzewski got free with Albino Maiorga in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Zenon Jandryca could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Albino Maiorga however easily saved by the left post. In the 14th minute, Adam Zakrzewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC WAWER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. A sloppy throw-in by Mai Zhen in the 17th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Gaspar Pomelov. David Ferran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaspar Pomelov's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After 18 minutes, Gaspar Pomelov made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC WAWER's David Ferran tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FC WAWER's zone, Danial Boon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Ferran came out of the goal and Danial Boon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Pomelov in the 28th minute of play forced FC WAWER's goalkeeper David Ferran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zenon Jandryca. Albino Maiorga made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Adam Zakrzewski sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 34 minutes, Danial Boon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danial Boon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albino Maiorga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Rakowicz in the 36th minute of the match. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pomelo Nenene from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Mai Zhen in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Camilo Azubeli. Adam Zakrzewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Albino Maiorga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Zakrzewski was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Giannis Antetokounmpo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albino Maiorga was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Camilo Azubeli managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mai Zhen in the 57 minute of the game. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Zenon Jandryca came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Antetokounmpo came free, but Albino Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Camilo Azubeli quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Antetokounmpo in the 74th minute of play. David Ferran made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Danial Boon sent off a good shot on target. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC WAWER had played much better football throughout.
