The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Giorgian De Arrascaeta hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Paulino Markel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gao Fei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Felix Beat made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Sixto Gurutz sent off a good shot on target. Momentum FC's Felix Beat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Momentum FC from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes into the game, Real Racing Club's Yohan Carbonero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Beat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Real Racing Club's Yohan Carbonero got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Yohan Carbonero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Beat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cecilio Suero was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 22 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Momentum FC's goalkeeper Felix Beat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yohan Carbonero came free, but Felix Beat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yohan Carbonero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Felix Beat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute Uriel Beturian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Fei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Yohan Carbonero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Markel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Yohan Carbonero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yohan Carbonero in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felix Beat saved Momentum FC from getting behind. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Momentum FC's goalkeeper Felix Beat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Momentum FC's Felix Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yohan Carbonero in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Momentum FC booed when Real Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgian De Arrascaeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Beat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yohan Carbonero in the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of Real Racing Club booed when Momentum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Viviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Momentum FC's zone, Giorgian De Arrascaeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Beat came out of the goal and Giorgian De Arrascaeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulino Markel came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gao Fei could save by the left post. After 78 played minutes Real Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Amato. After a defensive mix-up in Real Racing Club's zone, Uriel Beturian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gao Fei came out of the goal and Uriel Beturian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yohan Carbonero scored 4-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Beat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Real Racing Club fully deserved thier win.
