Vellito Cabañeros charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vellito Cabañeros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vellito Cabañeros hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Honorio Telesforo scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guipuzkoa Velamines, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Elias Viviano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cachiyuyo EAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Viviano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guipuzkoa Velamines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 11 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Martinez Garantos. Honorio Telesforo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guipuzkoa Velamines having to make a save. Guipuzkoa Velamines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Telesforo in the 21st minute of the match. Cachiyuyo EAS's Sergio Derwin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tonio Farell, made in the 23rd minute of the game. Elias Viviano might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guipuzkoa Velamines. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Viviano ran back to his position shaking his head. Honorio Telesforo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guipuzkoa Velamines read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Guipuzkoa Velamines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Telesforo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Honorio Telesforo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guipuzkoa Velamines. Montevideo City Torque's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Honorio Telesforo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Honorio Telesforo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guipuzkoa Velamines having to make a save. Guipuzkoa Velamines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Telesforo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Elias Viviano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cachiyuyo EAS's Jimeno Geofredo was substituted for Sergio Derwin. Elias Viviano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Montevideo City Torque. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Guipuzkoa Velamines successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Arias Castañares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cachiyuyo EAS getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jimeno Geofredo hit a great ball. After 85 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Vellito Cabañeros. Guipuzkoa Velamines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Telesforo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When Honorio Telesforo came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Cachiyuyo EAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Telesforo couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Telesforo came free, but Guipuzkoa Velamines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Honorio Telesforo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guipuzkoa Velamines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
