After a defensive mix-up in Rex Scania MFF's zone, Falcão Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvald Blanck came out of the goal and Falcão Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bengt Wester charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bengt Wester the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Rex Scania MFF got a freekick which was hit by Bengt Wester. In the 44th minute of the match Kléberson de Amaral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvald Blanck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th minute Gil dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvald Blanck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Rex Scania MFF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Östen Lund made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Rex Scania MFF's Birger Rydelius got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the game, Manoel Mota was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rex Scania MFF the free kick. After 53 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Mota. Falcão Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvald Blanck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gil dos Santos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Osvald Blanck. That made the score 0-5 in the 69 minute of play. Gil dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Falcão Marques scored 0-6 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvald Blanck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alf Jonsson hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Gil dos Santos made a precise shot to the right of Osvald Blanck. Rex Scania MFF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 90 minutes into the match, Rex Scania MFF's goal looked a bit too open when Gil dos Santos came free, but Osvald Blanck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95thth minute of the game Gil dos Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rex Scania MFF's Osvald Blanck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
