Ivan Mede's late challenge caught a Rex Scania MFF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Mede helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot 37 in the game by Birger Rydelius from a close distance when the talented Eulalio Casado managed to make a qualified save. Lapachito's players were relieved. 38 minutes into the match, Lapachito's Jesus Tiso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvald Blanck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Lapachito's Eulalio Casado got control of the ball when Birger Rydelius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Orlando Tajo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the game, Viggo Hedkvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eulalio Casado. Viggo Hedkvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd match minute, Lapachito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Tiso to maneuver through the defense. Lapachito's Gavino Henry suffered a concussion after 55 minutes and had to leave the field. After a rather tough play, Rex Scania MFF's Emil Bergvall got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Birger Rydelius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eulalio Casado was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Rex Scania MFF's Viggo Hedkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Lapachito's zone, Birger Rydelius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eulalio Casado came out of the goal and Birger Rydelius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Rydelius in the 67th minute of play forced Lapachito's goalkeeper Eulalio Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Birger Rydelius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Rydelius in the 72nd minute of play forced Lapachito's goalkeeper Eulalio Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, one of Lapachito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lapachito. Eulalio Casado had in the 75thth minute some difficulties stopping Emil Bergvall's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Eulalio Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Rydelius in the 76th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Birger Rydelius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Casado. Lapachito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birger Rydelius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of Rex Scania MFF booed when Lapachito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jesus Tiso came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Lapachito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesus Tiso couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Orlando Tajo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvald Blanck. Rex Scania MFF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Tajo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 93rd minute, Birger Rydelius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96thth minute of the game Birger Rydelius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lapachito's Eulalio Casado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rex Scania MFF had won after a very even match.
