Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luiz Gustavo Leão took the kick off in the first half of the match. Irreal Madrid's Edmundo Mineiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Errolan in the 4th minute of play. With a little luck, Spams's Stipe Pletikosa got control of the ball when Luiz Gustavo Leão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edmundo Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Veto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Veto in the 11th minute of play forced Irreal Madrid's goalkeeper Edmundo Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Mineiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Domingos Errolan went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Irreal Madrid were furious when Fred Amorim was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Edmundo Mineiro had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Simon Venceslao's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Edmundo Mineiro came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Spams's Simon Venceslao. But to his dismay, Simon Venceslao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Geovânio Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geovânio Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Irreal Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Geovânio Neves. In the 30th minute, Luiz Gustavo Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Domingos Errolan made a precise shot to the right of Edmundo Mineiro. Irreal Madrid's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 37 minutes, William Couto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Irreal Madrid and the Spams players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Spams booed when Irreal Madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Gualterio Veto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Veto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Edmundo Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Spams's Elias James was substituted for Simon Venceslao. In the 57th match minute, Spams was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domagoj Vida to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Elias James got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Qwinton got free with Edmundo Mineiro in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 68 minutes, Domingos Errolan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spams's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Errolan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elias James received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edmundo Mineiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Elias James slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 70th minute. If Domingos Errolan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Irreal Madrid's José Pedro Travassos was substituted for Lenílson Azevedo. Edmundo Mineiro made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Ovidio Qwinton sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Ovidio Qwinton took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Edmundo Mineiro to make any attempt to save it. 96 minutes into the match, Irreal Madrid's goalkeeper Edmundo Mineiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingos Errolan. Irreal Madrid's Edmundo Mineiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Irreal Madrid from getting a goal against them. Spams's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
