In the 12thth minute of the game Efrain Incendio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Margarita's Pontus Nordström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Alfredo Xacintu hit a great ball. Oso Prato acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 17th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Andréas Hasselqvist. Oso Prato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Pisarczyk in the 19th minute of play. When Santa Margarita's Gerardo Lordi in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Incendio in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pontus Nordström saved Santa Margarita from getting behind. With a little luck, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Oso Prato got control of the ball when Gerardo Lordi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Santa Margarita's goal looked a bit too open when Gust Mathijs came free, but Pontus Nordström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Efrain Incendio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pontus Nordström was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Efrain Incendio was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Pontus Nordström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Efrain Incendio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pontus Nordström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Rius couldn't finish the play. Santa Margarita's Andreas Landgren quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aivo Viilop, made in the 76th minute of the game. When ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Luis Rius in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santa Margarita's goalie prevented a goal. If Luis Rius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ booed when Santa Margarita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Celio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Rius scored 0-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pontus Nordström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
