Malcolm Dalkvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Malcolm Dalkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, VB-Team's Arthur Guerra got a free kick in the 7th minute. Gigel Zăvoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Braga in the 15th minute. Luís Braga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Gigel Zăvoiu made a huge save. Gigel Zăvoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, MasterBets's goal looked a bit too open when Gervásio Severiano came free, but Gigel Zăvoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VB-Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Braga in the 19th minute. Armindo Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliver Bierhoff in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Salgado saved VB-Team from getting behind. With a little luck, MasterBets's Gigel Zăvoiu got control of the ball when Luís Braga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute, Luís Braga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gigel Zăvoiu. The goal made the score 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquim de Barros to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, MasterBets's Gong Zhi Peng dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 54th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Guerra to maneuver through the defense. Gong Zhi Peng took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Salgado. Armindo Salgado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Gigel Zăvoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Braga in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, MasterBets's goal looked a bit too open when Gervásio Severiano came free, but Gigel Zăvoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
