After the first half C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Colas Valdueza to make the kick off. Colas Valdueza's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Anacleto Arotza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 89 played minutes CAPITAN PILUSO 26.06.11 got a freekick which was hit by Guido Bautista. A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Eliézer Mendonça hit a great ball. When Eliézer Mendonça fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's protests and gave Eliézer Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. The C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
