MasterBets's Gigel Zăvoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Braga in the 10th minute of play. Gigel Zăvoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Braga in the 14th minute of play forced MasterBets's goalkeeper Gigel Zăvoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goalkeeper Armindo Salgado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gong Zhi Peng. Gică Hagi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Salgado having to interfere. MasterBets were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after VB-Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vedat Tuğlu took the corner. The corner led MasterBets's Ersin Günyol to fire away a dangerous shot which Armindo Salgado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gică Hagi was shown his second yellow card after 31 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 34 minutes into the game, VB-Team's Joaquim de Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gigel Zăvoiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. MasterBets's Eamon Ares was substituted for Dorel Isăcescu. After 39 minutes of play, VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gigel Zăvoiu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gervásio Severiano scored 0-4 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gigel Zăvoiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half VB-Team were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gigel Zăvoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervásio Severiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Gervásio Severiano took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Gigel Zăvoiu to make any attempt to save it. Shao Kun Yuan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gigel Zăvoiu came out and tried to block the shot, but Shao Kun Yuan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 58th minute. With a little luck, MasterBets's Gigel Zăvoiu got control of the ball when Joaquim de Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervásio Severiano in the 62nd minute of play forced MasterBets's goalkeeper Gigel Zăvoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Luís Braga took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Gigel Zăvoiu to make any attempt to save it. VB-Team made a substitution. Qiu Sheng Bang replaced Sandro Leitão. VB-Team's Luís Caeiro was substituted for Joaquim de Barros. After 70 played minutes MasterBets got a freekick which was hit by Marius Macovei. 73 minutes into the match, MasterBets's goalkeeper Gigel Zăvoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Braga. In the 74th minute, Ersin Günyol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gigel Zăvoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Braga in the 79th minute of the match. Gervásio Severiano struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Gigel Zăvoiu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VB-Team. After 84 minutes, Malcolm Dalkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MasterBets and the VB-Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. Malcolm Dalkvist hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Gervásio Severiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VB-Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Luís Braga kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Gigel Zăvoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 96th minute of the match. The MasterBets fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VB-Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
