Narciso Oinatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yin Wei Yi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Guillermo Mitxaut could shoot a difficult shot in the 26th minute, which Benedicto Ireno however easily saved by the left post. 34 minutes into the match, Chorroarín's goal looked a bit too open when Yin Wei Yi came free, but Narciso Oinatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yin Wei Yi was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Chorroarín's Narciso Oinatz got control of the ball when Yin Wei Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line.
