Luiz Fábio Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Set Master in the 4th minute of the match. 4 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Atlético da Colina's Set Master fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético da Colina's goalkeeper Rafael Martins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bin Shevchenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Bin Shevchenko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bin Shevchenko in the 27th minute of the match. Xandinho Sharkin hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Boyko Dandanov kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Set Master managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético da Colina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Set Master was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ref Bunsoy ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Atlético da Colina's David Paranaense to fire away a dangerous shot which Luiz Fábio Leite despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrey Shevchenko in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fábio Leite prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Set Master made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Blumenau Esporte Clube booed when Atlético da Colina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anísio Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53 minutes of play, Atlético da Colina's Andrey Shevchenko made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Fábio Leite was left in no man's land by his defense there! 60 minutes into the game, Atlético da Colina's Andrey Shevchenko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fábio Leite made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 71st match minute, Atlético da Colina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldir Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Luiz Fábio Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Set Master in the 75th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Set Master, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 79 minutes Blumenau Esporte Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ref Bunsoy who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Blumenau Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Edvaldo de Toledo hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Set Master had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Fábio Leite. Blumenau Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Set Master was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Atlético da Colina's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
