In the 3rd minute Jaroslaw Niezgoda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Compostela FSCMZ's goalkeeper Tobias Pepillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cayetano Monico. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Monico in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Pepillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristiano Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chicão Cerezo in the 11th minute of the match. Cayetano Monico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobias Pepillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Poling came free, but Cristiano Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Monico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tobias Pepillo came out and tried to block the shot, but Cayetano Monico slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Cristiano Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaroslaw Niezgoda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tadeo Gomez during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Cayetano Monico's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobias Pepillo was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. When Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Cayetano Monico in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vahit Ergüç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Pepillo having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cayetano Monico to make the kick off. Cayetano Monico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Pepillo having to make a save. Tobias Pepillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Monico in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Monico in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Pepillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zé Carlos Madureira hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Zé Carlos Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chicão Cerezo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Cristiano Messias made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Dagoberto Moraes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tobias Pepillo. Compostela FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dagoberto Moraes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Boruc Poling hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Nico Alvarenga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Compostela FSCMZ's Valdo Gonçalves was substituted for Robert Kornatowski. 74 minutes into the match, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Niezgoda came free, but Cristiano Messias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaroslaw Niezgoda didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 75th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Jaroslaw Niezgoda ran dejectedly back to his position. Compostela FSCMZ's Raí Peres was substituted for Boruc Poling. 88 minutes into the game, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Dagoberto Moraes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tobias Pepillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 92nd minute, Dagoberto Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobias Pepillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Cristiano Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raí Peres in the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ had won after a very even match.
