Alberto Velasco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Honorato Marz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute of the match Club Sacode Football CIMZ got a corner. When Gustavo Scarpa came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the São Miguel do Oeste.SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Scarpa couldn't finish the play.
