La Scaloneta's Albano Bemabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincent Lichniak in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute Ángel-Fabián Di María shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Wertian S Salvinorins getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Radomir Szkarpiak hit a great ball. Wojciech Lech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lionel Messi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Wertian S Salvinorins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Szkarpiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wincent Lichniak hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Lionel Messi struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Wojciech Lech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Scaloneta. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Wertian S Salvinorins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wincent Lichniak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Wertian S Salvinorins's goalkeeper Wojciech Lech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lion Messi. In the 44th minute of the match La Scaloneta got a corner. Wertian S Salvinorins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ángel-Fabián Di María ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Lion Messi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Wertian S Salvinorins's Wojciech Lech did a great save. The La Scaloneta fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when La Scaloneta's Lionel Messi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radomir Szkarpiak to strike the kick off in the second half. Wertian S Salvinorins's Wojciech Lech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lion Messi in the 54th minute of play. Lionel Messi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Krzysztof Kocieniewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ángel-Fabián Di María's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wojciech Lech read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lionel Messi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wojciech Lech was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. When Lionel Messi came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the La Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lionel Messi couldn't finish the play. After having played for 65 minutes, Radomir Szkarpiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wertian S Salvinorins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radomir Szkarpiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wojciech Lech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lion Messi in the 66th minute of play. When Radomir Szkarpiak came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Wertian S Salvinorins fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radomir Szkarpiak couldn't finish the play. La Scaloneta made a substitution. Apolo Aurken replaced Lion Messi. After a rather tough play, Wertian S Salvinorins's Radoslaw Kondysar got a free kick in the 72nd minute. If Lionel Messi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Aurken took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wojciech Lech. Wojciech Lech dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When Lionel Messi came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the La Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lionel Messi couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Lionel Messi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wojciech Lech. Wertian S Salvinorins's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lionel Messi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 90 minutes into the game, La Scaloneta's Lionel Messi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wojciech Lech made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When La Scaloneta's Lionel Messi in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. La Scaloneta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
