After some careless play in the Serrano FC defense, Basílio Cunha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albano Erlantz. The Serrano FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albano Erlantz should have stopped the shot. Albano Erlantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basílio Cunha in the 25th minute of the match. Albano Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basílio Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Negri in the 36th minute of play forced Serrano FC's goalkeeper Albano Erlantz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osvaldo Balesio's late challenge caught a União Independente's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 62 minutes, Elivélton Vander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the União Independente and the Serrano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jimeno Roldanillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Sydney Madureira sped through Serrano FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Albano Erlantz. 75 minutes into the game, Sydney Madureira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. União Independente's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Serrano FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, União Independente's Sydney Madureira got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 87th minute, Jimeno Roldanillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, União Independente's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Roldanillo came free, but Cauan Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, União Independente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Negri to maneuver through the defense. Albano Erlantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Cunha in the 96th minute of play. União Independente played a much better game than Serrano FC and deserved their victory. The Serrano FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
