In the 2nd match minute, Grupo Informatico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Gipuzkoa to maneuver through the defense. Gaston Medero charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Medero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Grupo Informatico's Gaston Medero got a free kick in the 10th minute. Morenilla AFC's Arlo Cañadas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Morenilla AFC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nemesio Rossello in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Ihintza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evaristo Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlo Cañadas having to interfere. Arlo Cañadas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Brion in the 27th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Morenilla AFC's Mendebal Quevedo got a free kick in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Teofilio in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arlo Cañadas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raul Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Gipuzkoa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arlo Cañadas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Lisandro Ihintza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nevada Baeza in the 36th minute of the match. Nevada Baeza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The supporters of Morenilla AFC booed when Grupo Informatico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Gipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Evaristo Brion notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Morenilla AFC's Arlo Cañadas. Arlo Cañadas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arlo Cañadas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evaristo Brion went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, Gogo Atarratze notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Morenilla AFC's Arlo Cañadas. Arlo Cañadas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gogo Atarratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Morenilla AFC defense, Gogo Atarratze kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arlo Cañadas. The Morenilla AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arlo Cañadas should have stopped the shot. Gogo Atarratze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raul Teofilio struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Arlo Cañadas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grupo Informatico. When Raul Teofilio fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grupo Informatico's protests and gave Raul Teofilio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Grupo Informatico's Raul Teofilio got a free kick in the 76th minute. Gogo Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Gogo Atarratze managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grupo Informatico's supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Atarratze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arlo Cañadas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 83 played minutes Morenilla AFC got a freekick which was hit by Xandro Crespo. If Nemesio Rossello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arlo Cañadas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gogo Atarratze went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 92nd match minute, Grupo Informatico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Teofilio to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Grupo Informatico's goal looked a bit too open when Nevada Baeza came free, but Lisandro Ihintza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Morenilla AFC's zone, Gogo Atarratze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arlo Cañadas came out of the goal and Gogo Atarratze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Grupo Informatico players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
