In the 9th minute, Eduard Ciuvică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Liberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Conrado Liberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Teaşcă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Insigne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Liberto. Fumasche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenzo Insigne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Ciuvică in the 37th minute of play forced Fumasche's goalkeeper Conrado Liberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduard Ciuvică took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Conrado Liberto. Conrado Liberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. After a rather tough play, Fumasche's Saverio Gaitan got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 43rd minute, Emilian Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
