The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Dyrstad got free with Ingar Myklebust in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute Haluk Pamir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingar Myklebust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute of the match FK Dampsaga got a corner. Galatasaray A.Ş.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Sandberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Robert Sandberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Ingar Myklebust did a great save. Gunnar Dyrstad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Ingar Myklebust skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice moves Gunnar Dyrstad could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Ingar Myklebust however easily saved by the left post. With his leg Ingar Myklebust managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when FK Dampsaga's Gunnar Dyrstad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 26 minutes into the match, FK Dampsaga's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Quentin came free, but Bakezda Mann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute Lisandro Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bakezda Mann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Galatasaray A.Ş.'s goalkeeper Ingar Myklebust had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Dyrstad. In the 30th minute Lisandro Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bakezda Mann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gunnar Dyrstad succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Haluk Pamir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingar Myklebust having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Haluk Pamir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ingar Myklebust. That made the score 2-0 in the 39 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gunnar Dyrstad made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Gunnar Dyrstad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Dampsaga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 56 minutes of play, FK Dampsaga's Gunnar Dyrstad made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ingar Myklebust was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st match minute, Galatasaray A.Ş. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuzalp Ozan to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gunnar Dyrstad in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingar Myklebust prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robert Sandberg hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Hüsmen Ünlem got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute Haluk Pamir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingar Myklebust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingar Myklebust made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Dyrstad in the 73rd minute of play. FK Dampsaga's Gunnar Dyrstad got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Marius Kleven cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ingar Myklebust was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gunnar Dyrstad in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingar Myklebust prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ingar Myklebust stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gunnar Dyrstad's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. When FK Dampsaga's Gunnar Dyrstad in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Ingar Myklebust played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haluk Pamir in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Galatasaray A.Ş.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Dyrstad came free, but Ingar Myklebust reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bakezda Mann came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Lisandro Quentin. But to his dismay, Lisandro Quentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Ingar Myklebust showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haluk Pamir, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Ingar Myklebust didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gunnar Dyrstad went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score.
