Malcolm Wall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Folke Melin sped through 【AC】★御剑堂★拓胜FC『湘☆军』's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Habib Akkoç. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pauliström's goalkeeper Malcolm Wall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If 杜晨建 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Pauliström booed when 【AC】★御剑堂★拓胜FC『湘☆军』 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. 杜晨建 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Alexander Lundström made in the 55th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ivar Björklund. After 61 played minutes, Pauliström's Christer Åström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Habib Akkoç came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pauliström reached it. After 63 minutes of play 【AC】★御剑堂★拓胜FC『湘☆军』's 蔡兴宽 was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Malcolm Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 张兴常, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd match minute, Pauliström was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Björklund to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Ivar Björklund fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Habib Akkoç moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pauliström players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
