Higinio Mundo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to RIQUELME FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Silverio Flores hit a great ball. Nereo Luzea hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 40 played minutes RIQUELME FC got a freekick which was hit by Leo Feliz. Froilan Lertxun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Higinio Mundo having to make a save. 42 minutes into the game, PINGO PINGO's Alvaro Micarelli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Higinio Mundo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Alvaro Micarelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Mundo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Manuel Galo managed to get in a good position for a shot. PINGO PINGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Galo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Alvaro Micarelli made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Micarelli in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Mundo saved RIQUELME FC from getting behind. Froilan Lertxun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higinio Mundo stood somewhat misplaced when Alvaro Micarelli came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 54 minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Manuel Galo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PINGO PINGO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Galo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Higinio Mundo managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when PINGO PINGO's Alvaro Micarelli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alberto Ferdinand charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Ferdinand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to RIQUELME FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alberto Ferdinand hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the game, Eleuterio Eutor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Higinio Mundo. Eleuterio Eutor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. The RIQUELME FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PINGO PINGO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
