Anacleto Urdaspal made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by F.C. Sosnowiec's Zachary Czerniak. Ziemowit Mis's late challenge caught a C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ziemowit Mis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th minute, Ziemowit Mis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorio Olo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dominik Zworski having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Dominik Zworski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gervasio Efren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonard Lewkowicz's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Leonard Lewkowicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Efren was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Dennis Esbjörnsson got a free kick in the 21st minute. F.C. Sosnowiec's Dominik Zworski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. In the 37th match minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute Leonard Lewkowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Efren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chaouki Ben Rau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonard Lewkowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Efren having to interfere. In the 48th match minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samir Gentiletti to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Leonard Lewkowicz struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Gervasio Efren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Sosnowiec. Sosnowiec's Zachary Czerniak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gervasio Efren. That made the score 0-3 after 66 minutes of play. Dominik Zworski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Olo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. F.C. Sosnowiec's Dominik Zworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Olo in the 75th minute of play. If Leonard Lewkowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonard Lewkowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Efren having to interfere. The F.C. Sosnowiec supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing F.C. Sosnowiec would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
