Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Aurelio Rexino successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 7 minutes into the match, Islas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Abeita came free, but Nicolas Iruinea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, Internet XAire's Benigno Pisculichi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 27th minute of the match Nestor Garaile sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas Iruinea skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Confesor in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Rexino saved Internet XAire from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Filiberto Paz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Internet XAire fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Aurelio Rexino came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Islas FC's Oscar Confesor. But to his dismay, Oscar Confesor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Nestor Garaile fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Internet XAire's protests and gave Nestor Garaile a yellow card for diving instead. Nestor Garaile hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Victorio Perico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Nicolas Iruinea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Islas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Internet XAire were winning 1-3.

53 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's Victorio Perico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Iruinea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Benedicto Tonete left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Islas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Internet XAire's Aurelio Rexino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Tonete in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Tonete in the 62nd minute of play forced Internet XAire's goalkeeper Aurelio Rexino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, Islas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Taurino to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Islas FC's Guillermo Beat got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Internet XAire's Victorio Perico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Iruinea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The supporters of Internet XAire booed when Islas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Tirso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Internet XAire's Nestor Garaile couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Islas FC. Filiberto Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, Internet XAire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Pacho to maneuver through the defense. Aurelio Rexino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Confesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Nicolas Iruinea was a little too slow when Filiberto Paz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-5. 93 minutes into the match, Filiberto Paz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nicolas Iruinea, 2-6. Internet XAire's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
