Kristian Törnqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hanno Rau in the 22nd minute of play. Gunther Andromidas hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Ove Klemensson notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Germania München's Gordon Schmedemann. Gordon Schmedemann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Ove Klemensson made a precise shot to the right of Gordon Schmedemann. FC Germania München's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After a rather tough play, FC Germania München's Rodolfo Ahlgrimm got a free kick in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Maiwald in the 45th minute of play forced Idrottsklubben -03's goalkeeper Kristian Törnqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fred Salkvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edmund Maiwald hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eckard Riemann got free with Kristian Törnqvist in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henrik Flink recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Idrottsklubben -03's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marius Butzlaff ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on FC Germania München's corner Marius Butzlaff fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kristian Törnqvist quite easily take care of the ball. Henrik Flink kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Edmund Maiwald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Kristian Törnqvist made a huge save. With a little luck, Idrottsklubben -03's Kristian Törnqvist got control of the ball when Eckard Riemann tried to sneak it across the goal line.
