Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FusbalClub Swietochlowice. FusbalClub Swietochlowice's Norbert Grondzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 5th minute of play. Gilberto Gai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Daniel Owsiak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 13th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Grondzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The FusbalClub Swietochlowice fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when FusbalClub Swietochlowice's Daniel Owsiak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 19th minute, Felipe Barreto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a free kick in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viriato Moura in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norbert Grondzki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Norbert Grondzki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viriato Moura's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felipe Barreto in the 34th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Faustino Almeida heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 40thth minute of the game Felipe Barreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FusbalClub Swietochlowice's Norbert Grondzki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilberto Gai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Norbert Grondzki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 56th minute. In the 56th minute, Portugal's Felipe Barreto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Norbert Grondzki. Norbert Grondzki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Glozor's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. When Daniel Owsiak came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FusbalClub Swietochlowice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Owsiak couldn't finish the play. Cory Trevor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. FusbalClub Swietochlowice made a substitution. Herbert Ziombkowski replaced Loid Engelboorgs. FusbalClub Swietochlowice's Cyprian Cholewa was substituted for Daniel Owsiak. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprian Cholewa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipinho Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78th play minutes Igor Glozor shot 4-3, a short shot which went by Wilson Amorim and just under the crossbar into goal. FusbalClub Swietochlowice's Norbert Grondzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Pimentel to maneuver through the defense. After 86 minutes of play, FusbalClub Swietochlowice's Igor Glozor made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bartolomeu Dias had several of the FusbalClub Swietochlowice's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-4 score and a disappointed Norbert Grondzki as he didn't even see the shot coming. 92 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Glozor came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the FusbalClub Swietochlowice players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
