A hard shot 2 in the game by Codrin Ignat from a close distance when the talented Björn Holmgren managed to make a qualified save. BK Södra's players were relieved. 5 minutes into the match, AFC PunisherS™'s goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Ove Paulin came free, but Lucian Crețulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Ove Paulin in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucian Crețulescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 6 minutes into the match, Henry Björkqvist notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AFC PunisherS™'s Lucian Crețulescu. Lucian Crețulescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of AFC PunisherS™ booed when BK Södra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Ahlqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isak Karlstedt charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isak Karlstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, BK Södra's Isak Karlstedt got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes Teodor Zmărăndache rounded BK Södra's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Lucian Crețulescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Ove Paulin went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 30 minutes, Florin Hrandabur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFC PunisherS™ and the BK Södra players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teodor Zmărăndache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th match minute, AFC PunisherS™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sever Braru to maneuver through the defense. Lucian Crețulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Björkqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Codrin Ignat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Björn Holmgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
In the 51st match minute, BK Södra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Björkqvist to maneuver through the defense. Codrin Ignat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in AFC PunisherS™'s zone, Börje Blomberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucian Crețulescu came out of the goal and Börje Blomberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Teodor Zmărăndache came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the AFC PunisherS™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodor Zmărăndache couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, Teodor Zmărăndache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan-Ove Paulin struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Lucian Crețulescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Södra. Augustin Jivulescu's late challenge caught a BK Södra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augustin Jivulescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, AFC PunisherS™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Jivulescu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Isak Karlstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Södra's supporters rose to their feet, but Isak Karlstedt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucian Crețulescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börje Blomberg got free with Lucian Crețulescu in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan-Ove Paulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Lucian Crețulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, AFC PunisherS™'s Adam Galușcă got a free kick in the 71st minute. A collision led to BK Södra getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jan-Ove Paulin hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the game, Teodor Zmărăndache cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Björn Holmgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 85th minute, Andrei Moculescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan-Ove Paulin got free with Lucian Crețulescu in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The BK Södra supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BK Södra would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
