Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Dorado in the 15th minute of play. C. F. Camós were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Scotland's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gartzea Garay took the corner. C. F. Camós's goal looked a bit too open when Fletcher Main came free, but Radomil Kempka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camós's Radomil Kempka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fletcher Main in the 44th minute of play. Scotland's Alexander Higgins proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Scotland from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Gartzea Garay made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 8-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zac O'Donnell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Gartzea Garay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gartzea Garay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Oscar Morado charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Morado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oscar Morado kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Alexander Higgins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gartzea Garay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Scotland's goal looked a bit too open when Gartzea Garay came free, but Alexander Higgins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oscar Morado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexander Higgins read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gartzea Garay in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, C. F. Camós's Emilio Dorado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Higgins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oscar Morado struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Alexander Higgins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. F. Camós. After a rather tough play, C. F. Camós's Paulo Candela got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Dorado in the 75th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, C. F. Camós's goalkeeper Radomil Kempka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fletcher Main. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Gartzea Garay sped through Scotland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexander Higgins. But to his dismay, Gartzea Garay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Alexander Higgins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Dorado in the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Gartzea Garay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Higgins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Gualterio Mondejar made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. 96 minutes into the match, Gartzea Garay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gartzea Garay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C. F. Camós fully deserved thier win.
