Kenneth Valström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Sociedad Anónima's Ximenez Sariego sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenneth Valström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 26 minutes, Ximenez Sariego managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sociedad Anónima's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ximenez Sariego was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victor Melin hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. TSIGALKO's Kenneth Valström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ximenez Sariego in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute Ximenez Sariego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenneth Valström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Mazorra in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kenneth Valström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nuno Mazorra to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, TSIGALKO's Marc Albom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 57th minute Marc Albom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matxin Uceda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 minutes, Nuno Mazorra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sociedad Anónima and the TSIGALKO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nuno Mazorra kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Kenneth Valström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ximenez Sariego in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of TSIGALKO booed when Sociedad Anónima was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislao Talaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Maximilian Brander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 83 minutes, Medardo Arena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sociedad Anónima and the TSIGALKO players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sociedad Anónima getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Medardo Arena hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, TSIGALKO's goal looked a bit too open when Ubarna Huertas came free, but Kenneth Valström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sociedad Anónima fans cheered their team off the field, for while TSIGALKO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
