The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Palloketut's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Roland came free, but Jimi Nyrhinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arto Karalahti's late challenge caught a RÚSTICOS F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arto Karalahti helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Palloketut getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Arto Karalahti hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Bruno Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot. RÚSTICOS F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Perico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimi Nyrhinen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anacleto Perico charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anacleto Perico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, RÚSTICOS F.C's Anacleto Perico got a free kick in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the match, RÚSTICOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Rami Lehto came free, but Dario Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palloketut were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after RÚSTICOS F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aarre Lajunen took the corner. After 25th play minutes Modesto Roland shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Jimi Nyrhinen and just under the crossbar into goal. 29 minutes into the match, Modesto Roland dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jimi Nyrhinen, 2-0. In the 42nd minute, Arto Karalahti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Modesto Roland got free with Jimi Nyrhinen in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 47 minutes, Bruno Perico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RÚSTICOS F.C and the Palloketut players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute, Bruno Perico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rami Lehto to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, RÚSTICOS F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Aarre Lajunen came free, but Dario Herena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute Rodrigo Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimi Nyrhinen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55thth minute of the game Modesto Roland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palloketut's Jimi Nyrhinen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salomon Itäluoma during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes Palloketut got a freekick which was hit by Salomon Itäluoma. RÚSTICOS F.C's Bruno Perico got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bruno Perico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Modesto Roland scored 3-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimi Nyrhinen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Modesto Roland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Palloketut's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Roland came free, but Jimi Nyrhinen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimi Nyrhinen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Roland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RÚSTICOS F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
